Shaul Dichter – CEO

Shaul possesses over thirty years of experience in the High Tech industry and is particularly experienced in the PCB Layout market. Shaul is one of the co-founders of Hypermedia. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dichter served in key development and senior management roles at ECI Telecom spearheading development of new technologies for specific vertical markets. In 1985, Shaul Dichter founded Pro-Design which has since been providing PCB Layout services to many companies in a wide range of technology disciplines. Shaul bring to Hypermedia vast experience in corporate management and hands on product development placing him in a unique position to lead the company.   Shaul holds an Engineering degree in Electronics as well as a B.A. in Business Administration from Haifa University, Israel.

Eli Keren – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Eli joined Hypermedia in 2010 and brings with him a wealth of senior sales management experience at leading international companies. With more than 20 years in the Telecom and IT industries, Eli has managed large-scale international sales organizations, built global distribution networks and spearheaded major business development agreements. Eli Keren previously served as Country Senior Officer of Alcatel-Lucent Israel, a global leader in fixed, mobile and converged broadband networking, IP technologies, applications and services.Prior to, Eli served as Vice President of Sales at Aladdin Knowledge Systems (SafeNet Inc.), a leading provider of hardware and software data security products and as General Manager of SUN Microsystems Israel. Eli returned to Israel in mid-nineties from the US after a ten year career at AT&T–Southwestern Bell in various Sales Management roles pioneering such advanced technologies as Data over Wireless systems. Eli earned a B.A. in International Marketing at New York Institute of Technology.

Nir Nitzan – Vice President of Research and Development

Nir co-founded Hypermedia in 2003 and is in charge of the company’s research and development teams. Nir possesses over 15 years of experience in the Telecom and Cellular industries. Nir joined Quasar Communications Systems at its early stages and was a key factor in the development of Quasar Cellular Gateway line of products, as well as other tailor-made telecom solutions. Prior to, Nir Nitzan co-founded Cellebrite Mobile Synchronization during the late nineties, handling development aspects of the initial revolutionary mobile phone content transfer line of products and leading hardware development for seven years. Nir holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

Matti Broza – Vice President of Business Development

Matti has over 20 years of experience in the High Tech and Telecom industries and is a co-founder of Hypermedia. Matti spearheads the company's Business Development, Partnerships and Alliances and works closely with technology partners in order to develop innovative advanced solutions, integrated platforms and services for Hypermedia's customers. Prior to Hypermedia, Matti Broza served as Vice President of Sales at Quasar Communication Systems, and prior to, Mr. Broza co-founded Proxell, a leading technology developer of Data Compression over Cellular Solutions. Matti holds a B.A. in Management from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
